Spikronautix Arcade Vault is run by one person on the Gold Coast. The personal information it handles is limited to what you send through the form, and this page covers all of it, following the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Information collected

Name, email address, an optional phone number and a message field that usually contains a postal address. That is the entire list. No accounts, no mailing list, no analytics and no advertising network operate on this site.

Server access logs kept by the hosting provider include IP addresses and request times, and exist for security and troubleshooting.

Use

To answer your message, and where it is a sticker order, to quote postage, invoice by email and address the parcel. No marketing use, no sale, no sharing for commercial purposes.

Telegram

The form delivers its contents to a private chat via the Telegram Bot API, operated by Telegram Messenger Inc. Your submission is therefore transmitted to and stored on Telegram servers outside Australia, under Telegram's own terms. Emailing directly avoids this.

Retention

Enquiries without an order are deleted within twelve months. Order correspondence is kept while delivery, returns or an Australian Consumer Law claim remain possible, then deleted.

Disclosure

Telegram, on the terms set out above, plus whoever carries the parcel to your door. Nobody else, unless Australian law requires it.

Access and complaints

Email to see, correct or delete what is held about you; a response follows within 30 days. If unresolved, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner accepts complaints at oaic.gov.au.

Security

HTTPS throughout and a hidden anti-spam field on the form. No payment details are collected on this site at any point and card numbers are never requested by email.

Changes

Updates appear on this page with a new date.
